Our software comes with a free 90 day support period.

We offer annually renewable contracts with a minimum contract period of 12 months.

There is flexibility within contracts to vary content. For example, in the first year we anticipate levels of support that a particular application may require in order to determine the cost. This is reviewed in the light of experience after 12 months.
