We understand how important an effective help desk can be to clients, knowing that businesses can quickly suffer when there are delays in overcoming problems.
We take pride in providing a fast and responsive service that can react according to the level of urgency. If a major problem arises, we will allocate the necessary resources to overcome it.
Clients are able to talk directly to our technical staff on a one-to-one basis. We don't have a call centre, so nothing is 'lost in translation'.

In the case of modifications, a specification is always prepared and agreed with clients before proceeding. For modifications taking less than four hours, we don't normally charge.
