DBL has developed database solutions using a wide variety of management systems, but usually recommend Microsoft SQL Server. Our clients have found this to be a cost-effective yet scalable DBMS, with the ability to cope with large volumes of transactions. As expert developers in MS SQL Server, we are able to provide highly structured, reliable databases, with the option to build customised reporting in technologies such as Crystal or SQL Reporting Services on top.

DBL can also integrate with existing data storage solutions that may be in existence, allowing us to provide an understandable interface for easier reporting and management, or to act as an interim data transfer mechanism if a decision is made to upgrade or change a current product.

We have experience in interfacing with data held in Oracle, Sage accounting systems, Microsoft Exchange Server, Avante and Sculptor UNIX-based databases amongst others.
